<12> Purchased half of the Steamer “Maid of Iowa” from & Captn. commenced running her between & as a Ferry boat—
At Sunrise arrived with a raft of 50,000 feet of fine lumber from the North , <on , Wisconson,> <where> the Snow was about 2½ feet deep in the winter.
